Senior Manager, Strategic Support - Global Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic extension of the CRO Office to shape and deliver the enterprise risk narrative.
• Own the preparation and coordination of the CRO’s agenda, including briefing notes and stakeholder inputs.
• Drive decision tracking and follow-through by converting meetings into clear actions and deadlines.
• Frame ambiguous problems into structured workplans to enable senior leadership decision-making.
• Lead the development of Board and executive-ready materials, converting complex risk topics into crisp storylines.
• Synthesize market trends and regulatory developments into decision-ready insights.
• Drive quality control of Excel and PowerPoint inputs to ensure executive-ready accuracy.
• Improve CRO Office operations by redesigning workflows and leveraging automation tools like Copilot.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting or investor relations.
• Banking industry expertise is highly recommended.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Copilot or similar automation tools for drafting and synthesis.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for senior, non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Direct experience in risk management.
