Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Corporate Services

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior corporate stakeholders to understand operational roadmaps and balance financial discipline with studio autonomy
• Act as the primary commercial partner to Human Resources leadership for HR tools, systems, and global benefits
• Collaborate with Global Workplace leadership on regional facilities sourcing, site services, and physical security
• Own the global Travel & Expense (T&E) category, including policy management and negotiations with airlines, hotels, and TMCs
• Negotiate complex commercial terms in partnership with Legal and Security to mitigate vendor lock-in and third-party risk
• Navigate GDPR and European data privacy regulations regarding HR and Travel data
• Champion the rollout and adoption of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) orchestration platform
• Mentor other members of the Procurement organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a relevant field
• 8+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience
• Proven track record of leading enterprise negotiations and delivering EBITDA impact
• Deep market knowledge of HR technology, global corporate travel, and workplace management
• Strong regional acumen for EMEA labor nuances and European data privacy frameworks
• Proficiency in financial modeling including TCO, ROI, and spend-under-management analysis
• Excellent project management and analytical skills
