Senior Manager, Strategic products and projects

Responsibilities

• Act as the regional Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for new product launch plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Drive portfolio positioning and rationalization in collaboration with country teams and regional cross-functional partners.
• Align market-specific launch tactics and drive commercial execution across international, regional, and country teams.
• Work closely with country marketing teams and the International Marketing Group (IMG) to ensure cohesive execution of global initiatives.
• Lead strategic business projects, specifically focusing on portfolio and segment optimization for key product areas like PCIOLs and the Unity portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in medical devices, pharma, or eye care.
• Proven APAC regional experience in PCIOLs strategy and/or execution.
• Strong professional background in franchise management, marketing, or commercial execution roles.
