Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Operations

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine the overall strategic direction of Samsung Wallet.
• Conduct regular analysis of the competitive landscape to identify emerging trends and market shifts.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential acquisitions.
• Develop and drive comprehensive strategic initiatives by working cross-functionally on execution plans.
• Architect and optimize leadership cadences, including OKR reviews, product reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of strategic initiatives and business performance.
• Prepare regular reports and executive-level presentations to communicate progress to senior management.
• Partner with internal analytics teams to create data-driven insights for decision-making.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required.
• At least five years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or a corporate strategy/development group.
• Professional focus within the Fintech industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and navigate organizational complexity.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Proficiency in the Korean language.
