Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships, EMEA

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and implement a strategic partnership strategy for the EMEA region that aligns with the overall business vision.
• Manage key strategic commercial relationships, including existing partners and new high-value opportunities.
• Own executive-level relationships and represent Airwallex as an industry expert.
• Execute partnership initiatives that drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and enhance product offerings.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and project-manage internal stakeholders across commercial, product, and systems assessments.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure Airwallex remains a partner of choice.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a dedicated partnership role.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience overall.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong negotiation skills to navigate complex commercial discussions and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• A strong existing network of partners, experts, and executives within the industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the payments industry.
