Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of active partnerships, managing commercial relationships, QBRs, and escalation management.
• Execute merchant activation strategies to drive GMV-weighted penetration and transaction counts.
• Build bottoms-up GMV forecasts and execute acceleration levers like pricing optimization and co-marketing.
• Establish structured management cadences and real-time dashboards to monitor partner health metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure partnership execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end strategic partnership management and P&L ownership.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to build pricing models and negotiate with C-level executives.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for workflow acceleration and analysis.
• Business-level fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use SQL and analytics platforms like Databricks or Tableau.
• Experience in Fintech, lending, or credit products within the LatAm market.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting background or experience in structured problem-solving under ambiguity.
• Deep understanding of the Colombian payment and retail ecosystem.
• Experience building a partnerships function or playbook from scratch.
