Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation and incubation of new growth vectors from scratch
• Define and implement strategy for entering new service lines and verticals
• Build and grow relationships with early-adopter brands and agencies
• Perform deep-dive research into industry trends and competitive landscapes
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to scale processes

Requirements

• 6+ years in finance, operations, consulting, or high-growth startup environments
• Proven track record of managing chaotic, ground-level execution
• Strong analytical skills with a technical toolkit fueled by AI
• Ability to navigate highly ambiguous and unstructured problems
• Excellent communication skills for internal alignment and external partnerships
