Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives (Fulfillment)

Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and codify processes, products, and tools for the fulfillment network
• Define scalable global operating models balancing efficiency, cost, and speed
• Own initiatives end-to-end from diagnosis and prototyping to implementation
• Develop tooling, dashboards, and models using SQL, Python, and BI platforms
• Use data to uncover bottlenecks and build forecasting/scenario planning models
• Partner with engineering, product, operations, and finance teams to align priorities
• Establish SOPs, reporting cadences, and KPIs for fulfillment execution
• Lead high-impact projects including automation, robotics, and international expansion

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or operations strategy
• Expert-level SQL skills
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
• Experience with Python or R for modeling and automation
• Proven record of designing and implementing scalable processes or products
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect execution to P&L drivers
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with robotics or warehouse automation
• Experience building new fulfillment products (B2B, Prep, Returns, Retail compliance)
