Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives (Fulfillment)

Responsibilities

• Architect the future of the fulfillment network by designing, standardizing, and codifying scalable processes, products, and tools.
• Own high-impact strategic initiatives end-to-end, from initial problem diagnosis and prototyping to full-scale implementation.
• Develop technical tooling, dashboards, and forecasting models using SQL, Python, and BI platforms to drive cost savings and capacity planning.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, and finance teams to translate operational pain points into product requirements.
• Establish and roll out SOPs, reporting cadences, and KPIs to ensure standardized execution across the global network.
• Lead white-space projects involving automation, robotics, and international expansion to redefine service capabilities.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or operations strategy, ideally within high-volume networks.
• Expert-level SQL skills and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes or products that deliver measurable business impact.
• Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect daily execution to long-term P&L drivers.
• Strong executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or R for advanced modeling and automation.
• Background working with robotics or warehouse automation technologies.
• Experience building new fulfillment products, such as B2B, Prep, Returns, or Retail compliance solutions.
