Senior Manager, Strategic Finance

With over $80M USD in annual revenue and $140M+ raised in equity and debt, we are on a mission to transform the way consumers use credit in the region.

Responsibilities

• Own the company financial model, including integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Manage loan origination models, cohort-based revenue, and loss projections
• Perform statistical forecasting of GMV and loan originations by channel and vintage
• Maintain and refresh key model inputs such as approval rates, activation rates, and unit economics
• Develop monthly and weekly performance dashboards for leadership and the board
• Use Python and AI-assisted automation to increase update frequency and reduce manual work
• Synthesize model outputs into clear, decision-ready narratives and board decks
• Design clean, precise charts and visualizations for investor and lender consumption

Requirements

• 5+ years in a data, finance, or quantitative role at a fintech or tech company
• Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong Python skills for data manipulation and model automation
• Ability to write and debug SQL for data warehouse pulls
• Active use of AI in professional workflows
• Strong storytelling and communication skills for non-technical audiences
• High attention to detail and ability to work with speed and precision

• Experience with cohort-based modeling
• Experience with LTV analysis
• Experience with consumer lending economics
