Senior Manager, Strategic Finance, Channel Sales

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Strategic Finance partner for Channel Sales, supporting day-to-day decision-making and building strong leadership relationships.
• Lead financial and strategic planning processes, including monthly/quarterly performance reviews, annual planning, and quota-setting.
• Model unit economics and scenario analyses to inform strategies for pricing, customer acquisition incentives, and headcount investment.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior executives.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to the evolution of Finance & Strategy best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic or corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Proven experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders to inform investment decisions and business strategy.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and crisp communication.
• Demonstrated track record of operating autonomously and driving outcomes in ambiguous environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in fast-paced settings.
• Mastery of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with SQL and comfort using modern AI-assisted analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategic finance.
