About the role
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver high-impact executive communications, including presentations, speaking notes, and town hall materials.
- Develop and lead internal communications strategies across the intranet, employee communities, and social channels.
- Plan, track, and coordinate large-scale corporate communication projects and events.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and finance teams to ensure consistent messaging regarding project and financial updates.
- Own the employee engagement narrative, driving participation through various internal platforms and tools.
- Define and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of communication and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications or a similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong ability to create compelling and professional executive-ready decks.
- Experience in event planning and coordination for large-scale corporate events.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Wealth and/or Global Banking & Markets business lines.
- Experience with digital communication tools and platforms.
