Senior Manager Store Development & Build

Responsibilities

• Drive project timelines, sequencing, and execution from lease handoff through store opening
• Manage multiple concurrent store builds end-to-end
• Own project budgets, track spend, and manage invoices
• Source, onboard, and manage general contractors and vendors
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure alignment with approved design packages
• Manage permit applications, approvals, and inspections
• Coordinate closely with Creative, Finance, Real Estate, and Operations teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in construction management, project management, or store development
• Experience managing full lifecycle retail or hospitality build-outs
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites
• Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills
