Senior Manager - Statistics - Oncology

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical leadership for the design, analysis, and reporting of clinical trials and scientific research programs.
• Support regulatory submission and product life-cycle management strategy planning and implementation.
• Independently develop protocols and statistical analysis plans (SAPs) using sound statistical methodology.
• Represent the statistics function on project teams to provide input on asset development and data collection instruments.
• Perform statistical analyses and collaborate with Statistical Programming to ensure high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
• Develop strategies for data presentation and inference, ensuring accurate interpretation of statistical deliverables.
• Communicate complex statistical concepts clearly to non-statisticians and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a highly related field.
• 8+ years of experience in pharma/biotech clinical trials (or 4+ years of experience if holding a PhD).
• Proven experience leading clinical trials.
• High degree of technical competence and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage project timelines and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically with oncology clinical trials.
• Experience with regulatory submissions.
• Knowledge of drug development and life-cycle management in a regulated environment.
