Senior Manager, Sphere Ventures & Tech Procurement

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for Venue Operations and Technology spend categories
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management
• Identify cost savings opportunities and implement value-driven procurement solutions
• Manage category spend analysis and develop actionable insights to optimize performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sphere venues and technology teams
• Manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing
• Drive procurement process improvements and standardization across the organization
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive procurement experience, specifically within technology or venue operations categories
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management
• Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and category management
• Proficiency with procurement systems; experience with Coupa is preferred
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
