Senior Manager, Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for perishable categories across national and regional supply chains
• Manage, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of sourcing professionals
• Serve as the business owner for perishables, managing the complete sourcing lifecycle
• Build and nurture robust supplier partnerships and lead joint business planning
• Ensure compliance with food safety protocols, sustainability, and regulatory requirements
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply, quality, cost, and regulatory risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Culinary, and Finance

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience in restaurant or foodservice category management, supply chain, or sourcing
• Proven expertise in supplier negotiations, contract management, and end-to-end category ownership
• Proficiency with data analytics and supply chain tools (e.g., Source to Contract, SRM, ERP/MRP)
• Deep knowledge of sustainable farming, regenerative agriculture, and food/animal welfare certifications
• Experience moving perishable products through distribution channels
• Willingness to travel for supplier and partner engagement
