Senior Manager, Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories, including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel
• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management
• Serve as a key business partner to corporate leaders, delivering value and mitigating risk
• Lead and manage Sourcing Specialists and build out the corporate procurement team
• Conduct spend analysis and develop category strategies with measurable cost savings
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focus
• Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills
• Excellent spend analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on experience with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment
• Deep expertise in professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categories
• MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM)
