Senior Manager, Solutions (Field Engineering)

Responsibilities

• Drive optimal win rates by coaching Solutions Engineers and Architects through discovery, demos, and architectural workshops
• Improve Technical Win conversion from proof-of-value to closed deals
• Reduce sales cycle length and improve forecast accuracy by identifying technical risks early
• Build and develop a high-performing team through structured feedback and career progression pathways
• Establish consistent execution frameworks for solution design and POV delivery
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align technical execution with revenue goals

Requirements

• Experience leading Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture teams in B2B SaaS
• Proven impact on presales metrics like win rates and POV conversion
• Experience building or improving presales processes and discovery frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop individual contributors
• Ability to maintain technical credibility with senior stakeholders and customers
• Experience partnering with Sales and Product teams to drive commercial outcomes
