Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Solution Engineers
• Support SEs in partnering with Account Executives to secure technical wins
• Partner with senior customer technical leaders on strategic opportunities
• Build relationships with partner technical sales leaders
• Design and execute Go-To-Market strategies with Area Sales Directors
• Align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to share best practices
• Present on IAM and cybersecurity topics at industry conferences
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on workforce planning and talent acquisition
• Funnel customer feedback and product requirements to Product and Engineering teams

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing and scaling Solution or Sales Engineering teams
• Experience recruiting and onboarding technical sales talent in high-growth environments
• Ability to blend technical excellence with business acumen and value-selling
• Experience establishing trust-based relationships with technical stakeholders
• Deep hands-on technical expertise to lead architectural discussions

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical skills in security or identity (Workforce Identity, CIAM, PAM, ISPM, SSO, Active Directory, LDAP, or APIs)
• Understanding of competitor offerings in IAM, IGA, and cybersecurity markets
