Senior Manager - Solutions Architecture

Responsibilities

• Review customer information and external sources to identify potential issues and develop effective problem-solving approaches.
• Stay current on the latest technologies in the BPM, Digital CX/Transformation, and BFS industries to propose innovative solutions.
• Define and drive the solution direction for prospective business opportunities, including developing win themes and strategies.
• Lead RFP processes by reviewing scope of work and customer needs to develop overarching solution proposals.
• Perform effort estimation and develop lifecycle cost comparison models to ensure cost-efficient staffing and technology approaches.
• Communicate complex solutions to customers, management, and partners through presentations, white papers, and strategic meetings.
• Assess market trends and complementary solution capabilities to enable larger-scale offerings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience supporting the BPM industry.
• Deep domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services (BFS).
• Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Domain lifecycle.
• Proven experience in RFP processes and Project Management.
• Graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High business acumen with the ability to develop cost-value calculations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within US Mortgage servicing.
• Experience with post-close deal solutioning.
• Experience with design thinking and team management.
