Senior Manager, Software Engineering

NexHealth is building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting thousands of fragmented, on-premise, and closed EHR systems into a single, modern platform that powers software, APIs, payments, and patient experiences across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Drive the long-term vision and technical strategy for critical areas of the platform
• Hire, grow, and retain top engineering talent while mentoring emerging leaders
• Own the delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams
• Partner with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver customer experiences
• Guide system architecture, scalability, and maintainability
• Shape organizational structures, career paths, and team processes

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including managing managers
• Proven track record of coaching and developing engineers and managers
• Experience delivering complex, customer-facing software at scale
• Ability to define and drive technical and organizational roadmaps
• Experience scaling teams and systems in fast-paced environments
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
