Senior Manager, Software Engineering

Responsibilities

• Drive the long-term vision and technical strategy for critical platform areas
• Hire, grow, and retain top engineering talent and mentor emerging leaders
• Own the delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams
• Partner with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams
• Guide system architecture, scalability, and maintainability
• Shape organizational structures and engineering culture

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including managing managers
• Proven track record of coaching and developing engineers and managers
• Experience delivering complex, customer-facing software at scale
• Ability to define and drive technical and organizational roadmaps
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
