Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of software engineers and technical leads responsible for delivering enterprise software products
• Support the architecture, design, and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing software
• Partner with senior engineering leadership and product management to execute product roadmaps
• Drive engineering process improvements across agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation
• Mentor and develop engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Participate in architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure security and reliability
• Communicate project status, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 6+ years of software engineering experience with SaaS platforms or distributed systems
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, DevOps, and automated testing
• Strong technical foundation in architecture, application security, and scalability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS products or large-scale commercial software solutions
• Proficiency with Java, C#, .NET, MySQL, SQL, or AWS
• Familiarity with cloud-hosted platforms, N-tier systems, and MVC architectures
• Proven ability to develop engineering talent and support hiring efforts
