Senior Manager, Software Engineering – Identity Platform

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing engineering team dedicated to the Identity Platform.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, and other engineering teams to deliver capabilities for customer onboarding and compliance workflows.
• Integrate major vendors (such as Persona) into platform architectures while owning orchestration and service layers.
• Lead the design and governance of a core identity data model to serve as a single source of truth.
• Define and implement a technical roadmap that balances near-term delivery with long-term architectural durability.
• Champion engineering excellence in design, testing, security, observability, and operational practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Senior Engineering Manager leading platform or identity-focused teams.
• Domain expertise in identity, KYC/KYB, regtech, or compliance-heavy platforms.
• Experience integrating major third-party vendors into complex platform architectures.
• Experience guiding engineering teams through complex system migrations and legacy decoupling.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders across engineering, product, compliance, and legal teams.
• Proven ability to deliver highly reliable, auditable, and compliant systems in a regulated environment.
