About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale enterprise business systems across multiple technology platforms.
- Manage and coach multiple teams of professional developers, including both internal resources and external partners.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery, encompassing architecture, planning, and estimation for high-availability enterprise systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvement and align technology services with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and consulting expertise to key business leaders across the corporation.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology solutions, with at least 5 years in a team leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of modern architectures including SaaS, IaaS/PaaS, APIs, microservices, and event-driven ecosystems.
- Proven experience delivering solutions using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Experience managing business management systems within finance, HR, procurement, or risk domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and SAP SuccessFactors platforms.
- Experience with web content management systems and the Sitecore platform.
- Proficiency with Microsoft development tools and platform technologies, specifically Azure.
