Senior Manager, Software Engineer - Pricing Management and Optimization, ITC

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop multiple engineering teams focused on designing, building, and supporting Supply Chain and Planning Technology (SCPT) platforms.
• Set technical direction and drive architectural decisions for large-scale, distributed, SaaS, and cloud-based systems.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Principal Engineers to deliver business value and align on enterprise-wide technical strategies.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including an AI-first approach and the use of Gen AI and Agentic tools to increase productivity.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture while supporting career development and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards regarding software engineering, security, and data management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 12 to 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5+ years of management experience leading high-performing software engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with distributed/cloud-based environments such as AWS and Databricks.
• Proficiency with modern web technologies including Java, REST, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of both NoSQL and relational databases.
• Experience within supply chain domain areas, specifically in price management, optimization, or forecasting algorithms.
• Demonstrated experience leading full-stack DevOps teams and working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Planning SaaS products such as O9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or SAP IBP.
• Proven ability to leverage AI/ML and tools like Copilot or Cursor to solve complex business problems.
