Senior Manager, Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java (backend) and Angular (frontend).
• Architect and implement robust RESTful APIs and data pipelines using the Java Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Develop responsive, modular, and accessible user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, and advanced CSS/SASS.
• Design and integrate AI-powered features leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and frameworks like LangChain.
• Optimize complex data models and queries for both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Own and enhance automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in architectural design discussions and code reviews.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Java (Java 11+) and the Spring Boot framework.
• 3+ years of experience with Angular (v20+ preferred), RxJS, and component-driven architecture.
• Practical experience with AI integrations, including AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), vector embeddings, or RAG pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and experience with NoSQL/vector databases (e.g., MongoDB, ChromaDB, Pinecone).
• Proficiency with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, Karma, or Cypress.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and concurrency.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals, sockets, and client-server architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with performance profiling and debugging tools.
• Understanding of system design fundamentals.
