About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead major social and influencer RFPs and design winning pitches
- Drive commercial growth through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Act as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders like CMOs and Marketing Directors
- Provide direct counsel during high-stakes social media crises
- Define the agency’s overarching methodology and strategic framework for influencer marketing
- Champion long-term brand-ambassador models and social-commerce strategies
- Oversee and nurture a multi-layered team of social practitioners and content creators
- Cultivate strategic alliances with major platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google
Requirements
- 7–8+ years of industry experience in social media, digital marketing, or influencer relations
- At least 4 years of experience in a leading agency environment
- Proven track record of leading and winning high-value new business pitches
- Strong understanding of agency business models, scoping, and profitability
- Exceptional leadership skills to guide and motivate a diverse team
- Flawless presentation and persuasion skills in English
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or BM is a strong advantage
