Responsibilities

• Decide Serval's social presence across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube
• Write founder posts, company posts, product launches, and customer stories
• Build a content engine including editorial calendars and asset workflows
• Partner with founders to develop their personal brands on LinkedIn and X
• Build the YouTube channel into a demand surface through walkthroughs and technical content
• Run social listening to surface intelligence for product, marketing, and sales teams
• Use AI tools for research, drafting, and production
• Define and report on metrics that map to pipeline and brand growth

Requirements

• 6+ years in social, content, or brand at a B2B software, AI, or developer tools company
• Experience at an early-stage startup owning work end-to-end
• A portfolio of social work demonstrating a real, non-corporate voice
• Proven track record of growing organic social programs into distribution channels
• Fluency on LinkedIn and X
• Experience working with founders or executives on personal branding is a plus
• Comfort marketing to IT, security, or developer audiences
• Based in San Francisco or New York City
