Senior Manager, Social Impact

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of Airwallex’s global social impact strategy
• Cultivate a robust external network to source high-impact opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, product, and design to implement initiatives
• Operate as an entrepreneur to launch, refine, and scale high-impact programs
• Lead the global initiative to drive platform adoption among social enterprises, nonprofits, and multilaterals
• Drive internal and external communications and narrative storytelling regarding social impact
• Support the President/Co-founder and Director of Social Impact on strategic priorities

Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience
• Experience bridging corporate/commercial contexts with impact-driven environments
• Proven track record of delivering results and maintaining a high level of ownership
• Experience operating globally and launching initiatives in new markets
• Background in high-paced, rigorous environments such as management consulting or finance
• Ability to thrive in highly entrepreneurial and ambiguous "zero to one" environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
