Senior Manager SEO

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the broader SEO strategy for the Monitoring and Observability Business Unit
• Own the day-to-day delivery of technical, content, and link-building initiatives
• Manage on-page, technical, LLM, and off-page SEO programs
• Develop keyword strategies and content briefs in collaboration with writers and editors
• Track and report on organic traffic, rankings, and conversions to stakeholders
• Align SEO efforts with content, product, and paid media teams to support marketing initiatives
• Optimize the user funnel by targeting high-intent keywords across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages
• Partner with CRO teams to improve UX experiences for both users and crawlers

Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
• Expertise in Ahrefs, SEMRush, BrightEdge, and Screaming Frog
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics
• Strong data reporting and forecasting skills
• Experience working within headless CMS platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Analytics and Microsoft Bing certifications
