Senior Manager - Security

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage security operations across multiple locations, ensuring effective deployment of personnel.
• Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and manage investigations related to security breaches, theft, or fraud.
• Develop and maintain emergency response and business continuity plans, leading incident command during crises.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security technologies, including CCTV, access control, and AI-based monitoring.
• Manage security service providers, contracts, and vendor performance evaluations.
• Mentor and develop security managers and supervisors to build a high-performance security culture.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and senior leadership regarding security performance and escalations.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 12–15 years of experience in Security Operations.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large teams and multi-site security operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or MBA.
• Professional certifications in Security Management, Risk Management, or Corporate Security.
• Experience in commercial real estate, malls, SEZs, business parks, hospitality, or facility management sectors.
