Senior Manager, Security Architecture

Responsibilities

• Lead the security architecture practice and define architecture review processes
• Own reusable patterns including identity, authorization, cryptography, and AI guardrails
• Establish and maintain security engineering principles for the platform
• Lead architecture and design reviews for high-risk platform and AI changes
• Partner with platform engineering on Hyperblock, Polaris, and AI product lines
• Ensure security architecture meets enterprise and regulated environment demands
• Codify architecture decisions into policy-as-code
• Hire, coach, and mentor the senior architecture team

Requirements

• Track record leading security architecture in SaaS or cloud-first environments
• Deep expertise in identity, authorization, cryptography, and threat modeling
• Ability to maintain technical credibility and challenge complex designs
• Proven people-leadership experience with senior teams
• Experience aligning architecture to regulated enterprise environments
• Understanding of how AI impacts identity, authorization, and supply-chain integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI security standards (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, MITRE ATLAS, OWASP LLM Top 10)
• Hands-on experience with policy-as-code
• Contributions to industry security standards or frameworks
