Senior Manager - SAP

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP solution architecture across IS-U, Billing, Device Management, EDM, AMI, and FI-CA
• Design end-to-end SAP landscapes for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
• Lead modernization initiatives including migrations to S/4HANA and adoption of SAP BTP
• Provide technical leadership for projects, upgrades, migrations, and integrations
• Establish and enforce architecture governance, including design standards and solution scorecards
• Integrate SAP solutions with enterprise and third-party systems using APIs and interfaces (IDoc/ALE, OData, RFC)
• Mentor internal and external architects and engineers to promote continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of SAP experience
• Deep expertise in utilities processes and IS-U modules (Device Management, Billing, FI-CA, IDEX)
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori, and ABAP
• Proficiency with integration platforms such as SAP CPI/Integration Suite and PI/PO
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, solution governance, and roadmapping
• Knowledge of SAP Basis, security, and system administration, including SOX compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related field
• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP certified Technology Associate, Solution Architecture)
• Extensive experience in the design, implementation, and support of SAP solutions within large organizations
• Deep understanding of Meter-to-Cash processes and Customer Experience (CX) products
