About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the North APAC sales team in driving business development, customer relationship management, and orders capture across Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Mongolia, and the Philippines.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies and account plans for datalinks, tactical radio communications, SATCOM, night vision, and C4ISR systems.
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets by directing field activities and managing a team of account leads and sales engineers.
- Manage relationships with key clients, primes, contractors, and local consultants/distributors to pursue and close orders.
- Provide accurate team orders forecasts to internal stakeholders and ensure adherence to the Common Capture Process and CRM maintenance.
- Actively manage team performance, providing guidance and opportunities for career development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
- 16 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated networking capabilities among Ministry of Defense (MoD), Ministry of Interior (MoI), law enforcement, and military OEMs.
- Strong people management skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- High level of business acumen and a strategic mindset.
- Polished and confident presentation skills suitable for senior-level customers.
- Previous military experience is a plus.
