Senior Manager Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for the flagship FinnOne NEO product within the Japanese market
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the lending business in Japan
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the BFSI sector
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals to achieve revenue targets
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the onsite sales team to foster a results-driven culture
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide market feedback and insights
• Ensure all sales activities comply with local regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the BFSI sector, specifically within the lending domain
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in Japan
• Extensive professional network and established relationships within the Japanese banking and financial services industry
• Fluency in both Japanese and English is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills

• MBA or an equivalent advanced degree
