About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead sales and account management efforts for the FinnOne NEO flagship product within the MEA region, specifically targeting KSA and other selected geographies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the lending business to achieve revenue targets and growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders in the banking and financial services industry.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the existing onsite team to foster a results-driven sales culture.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide market feedback and insights for new product offerings.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with local regulatory requirements and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of sales experience in the BFSI sector, with a strong focus on the lending domain.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in KSA and MEA markets.
- Extensive network and established relationships within the banking and financial services industry in the target regions.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership skills.
- Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
