Senior Manager, Sales Insights and Analytics

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to identify critical business questions and translate them into analytical priorities
• Develop and deliver insights regarding pipeline health, sales performance, and forecasting accuracy
• Present data-driven stories to diverse audiences, from frontline managers to executives, to drive actionable decisions
• Design dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools to enable seamless insight adoption
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Analysts
• Apply AI and machine learning techniques to uncover patterns and automate routine analysis
• Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, and data engineering teams to align with enterprise data strategy

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or insights management
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing analytical teams
• Proven track record supporting sales or revenue operations
• Strong proficiency in SQL and BI platforms
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, statistics, or a related field
• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience working alongside data scientists and machine learning engineers to build analytical models
