Senior Manager, Sales Enablement

Responsibilities

• Build and own the sales enablement function across content, training, coaching, and measurement
• Develop sales content including pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and playbooks
• Design and execute onboarding and ramp programs for new AE and BDR hires
• Partner with sales leadership to embed coaching through Gong call reviews and deal deep dives
• Leverage RevOps metrics to measure enablement impact on ramp time, win rates, and pipeline progression
• Act as a cross-functional bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in sales enablement at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Proven track record of improving sales outcomes like rep ramp time and win rates
• Experience in adoption-driven instructional design for sales teams
• Data fluency with key RevOps metrics
• Excellent communication skills for both asynchronous and live environments
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
• Strong cross-functional influence skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience standing up a sales enablement function from scratch
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, and Notion
• Background in creator/influencer marketing or selling to brands
• Experience using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to build tools
