About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the organizational adoption of the Challenger Sale methodology across marketing, business development, sales, partnerships, and client success
  • Coach and mentor reps on developing commercial insights, product knowledge, and client industry expertise
  • Build and deliver customized training sessions and daily "Selling Process Gems"
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to lead Commercial Teaching reviews and tailor insights to stakeholders
  • Analyze performance data including Quota Attainment, Ramp Time, Win Rate, and Sales Velocity to diagnose pipeline issues
  • Lead the creation of the MX Sales Enablement Vision and collaborate with Marketing to build a commercial insight engine
  • Hold regular 1:1 and group coaching sessions adapted to adult learning styles

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4+ years of post-secondary education
  • 6+ years of experience in a dedicated Sales or Revenue Enablement role
  • Deep command of the Challenger Sale methodology and Commercial Teaching choreography
  • Demonstrated experience using performance analytics to direct coaching strategy
  • Experience in opportunity qualification and building constructive tension

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced understanding of the financial services or FinTech industry
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack
  • Experience building multi-quarter Sales Enablement visions and roadmaps
  • Ability to build cross-functional consensus across various revenue teams
  • Deep understanding of adult learning and performance principles
