About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed pipeline targets
  • Drive outbound and inbound prospecting strategies to generate qualified pipeline for the field sales team
  • Partner with Marketing to align on campaign execution, lead follow-up SLAs, and messaging
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure seamless handoff and conversion of qualified opportunities
  • Analyse team performance data including activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop SDR talent with a focus on career progression
  • Represent the Sales Development function in regional planning and business reviews

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Development or inside sales
  • 1–2 years in a management or team lead capacity
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline/revenue targets
  • Strong coaching and people development skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or Salesloft
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or data/cloud technology sales preferred
  • Experience working in APJ markets, particularly ANZ, is a strong advantage
