Senior Manager, Sales

Responsibilities

• Establish and build strong relationships with key accounts to drive business forecasts and market share.
• Monitor market competition and customer trends to ensure product and service competitiveness.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to design in new product launches for assigned key accounts.
• Partner with customer service, fulfillment, and internal ASM team members to address customer needs.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans and account profiles to achieve targeted revenue.
• Identify Key Opinion Leaders and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering-related discipline.
• 10+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, product management, or technical management.
• Experience within the semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex sales projects or difficult business development scenarios.
