Senior Manager, Sales

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the sales strategy for ASM products, including systems and upgrades
• Manage key customer relationships and ensure product penetration and growth
• Act as the primary owner for all contractual and commercial issues between ASM and the customer
• Develop account strategies to enhance technology collaborations and incremental sales
• Facilitate communication between customers, Key Product Units (KPUs), and support organizations
• Manage order books, forecasts, and product configurations based on customer requirements
• Coordinate shipment dates between customers and ASM factories
• Represent product lines as the senior commercial interface and manage complex commercial issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related activities within the Semiconductor Capital Equipment Industry
• Proven experience in account management with key customers
• Strong project management experience
• Previous experience in people management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at an executive level
