Senior Manager Safety/Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement comprehensive job safety programs
• Supervise hazard control to identify and eliminate risks to persons or property
• Represent the Program in all safety matters regarding internal and external activities
• Monitor safety performance and conduct facility safety inspections and audits
• Perform accident record analysis and issue regular reports
• Conduct safety audits through review and analysis of performance records in compliance with SHARP Management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or a related field
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience
• Deep knowledge of federal and state health and safety regulations and reporting procedures
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
