Senior Manager - Risk Management and ESG

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all business operations.
• Drive the development and execution of ESG strategies, policies, and reporting frameworks in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI and technology experts, to integrate ESG considerations and risk mitigation into product development.
• Monitor and report on ESG performance using data analytics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Engage with regional and international stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws and industry standards, fostering a culture of transparency.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation in predictive risk capabilities and response strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative environment for expertise sharing in ESG and risk management.
• Conduct regular risk and ESG assessments, preparing detailed reports and action plans to address identified gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, or ESG functions.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, corporate governance principles, and ESG reporting standards.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide risk and ESG strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in risk assessment tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and report-writing abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Professional certifications such as CRM, PMP, CIA, or CISA.
• ESG or Sustainability-related certifications.
• Experience in the telecom, technology, or satellite communications industries.
