Senior Manager, Ride/Show Engineering - Ride & Show Controls

Responsibilities

• Provide technical management for attractions, including oversight of budget and schedule.
• Manage the specification setting, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride & Show Systems.
• Ensure all ride equipment maintains the highest level of safety in accordance with Universal specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and vendor management for design, fabrication, installation, and testing.
• Oversee technical interactions with project team members, vendors, sub-contractors, and third parties, focusing on ride control systems.
• Create scope of work documentation and award contracts to vendors based on quantitative requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in direct theme park-specific technical or engineering roles supporting ride control equipment.
• Proven vendor management experience.
• Significant experience with in-field installation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with contract management and practices within the theme park or construction industries.
