About the role
Responsibilities
- Architect the end-to-end revenue lifecycle from Lead to Renewal
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CRO on pricing, packaging, and deal structuring
- Lead the Deal Desk function to coordinate complex, high-value deal approvals
- Transition pipeline forecasting from manual exercises to proactive, data-driven models
- Own the roadmap and health of the revenue tech stack including Salesforce and HubSpot
- Design and optimize automated quote-to-cash workflows within BillingPlatform
- Ensure high data integrity and governance across all GTM tools
- Lead and mentor the RevOps team
- Act as a strategic connector between Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance
Requirements
- 8+ years in RevOps or Sales Ops in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Experience managing teams and advising executive leadership
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and modern billing engines like BillingPlatform
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity with LTV, CAC, NRR, and pipeline velocity
- Proven ability to design complex systems architecture rather than just managing tools
- Highly collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
