About the role
About the Company
Condor is building the financial intelligence layer for clinical development. We connect clinical operations, vendor activity, and financial signals into a single, real-time intelligence layer to power the next era of R&D and finance leadership in biopharma.
Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce architecture, administration, and data hygiene end-to-end
- Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, forecast, and funnel performance
- Manage the quote-to-close process and support deal structuring and pricing
- Define core revenue definitions including ARR, CARR, and opportunity stages
- Partner with Finance to validate commission calculations and support quota setting
Requirements
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot architecture
- Strong financial fluency in SaaS metrics, ARR mechanics, and commissions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Series A–C SaaS environments
- Background in life sciences, clinical trials, or healthcare SaaS
