About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional revenue operations strategy and operating plans for all North American revenue-generating teams
  • Build, document, and improve end-to-end revenue processes from lead generation through forecasting and post-sale expansion
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Finance to define KPIs and build reporting dashboards that inform GTM decisions
  • Design and operationalize commercial compensation frameworks in partnership with global Revenue Operations and Finance
  • Select, implement, and optimize the commercial tech stack, including CRM, sales engagement, and forecasting tools
  • Lead change management for new processes and tools, ensuring clear communication and documentation for commercial teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial strategy supporting B2B go-to-market teams
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales and customer lifecycle, including pipeline management and forecasting
  • Proven ability to use data and analytics to diagnose performance and drive operational change
  • Demonstrated experience building and improving processes in high-growth or "zero-to-one" environments
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of partnering with commercial leaders
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or scaling revenue operations in a new region or market segment
  • Background in fintech, payments, financial services, or B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience administering commercial tools such as Salesforce or BI platforms
  • Experience designing and managing sales compensation and incentive programs
