Senior Manager, Retail Media Performance, Walmart

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end retail media, search, display, and social strategy for Unilever Personal Care, with a primary focus on Walmart execution.
• Develop commerce media plans that align brand, retailer, and performance objectives with measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with analytics and agency teams to monitor performance signals and dynamically shift investment to maximize growth and ROI.
• Manage and develop a direct report and an embedded employee within the retail media performance team.
• Serve as the primary partner to WPP Unite media teams, providing strategic guidance across planning, activation, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Walmart Connect to unlock platform capabilities and actionable insights.
• Deliver executive summaries and performance reports to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail media and search strategy and planning.
• Direct experience with Walmart and/or Walmart Connect is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage media performance end-to-end within a complex cross-functional ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and performance optimization skills with the ability to leverage multiple data sources for real-time decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead agency partners and influence senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Walmart Scintilla and other retailer data platforms.
